Emeka Eze

Eze Emmanuel Emeka is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA since November 2012).

He qualified as an accountant in 2007. He has a BSc in Biochemistry since 1994 and has a Certificate in International Financial Reporting (Cert IFRS).
He has a flair for Work Flow process re-design and a specialist in IFRS adoption and implementation.
He led the team that set up the Financial Reporting and Risk Management Department in Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) Sokoto Nigeria in 2011 to 2012.

He designed the workflow of the Risk Management Department and integrated it into the Finance function for the above company.

He was the support technical partner in the development and defense of the alternative energy design from Low Pour Fuel Oil to Coal proposed for CCNN to cut the cost of production significantly.

He was involved in providing technical support to the team that trained staff of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) on First Time Adoption of IFRS in 2011 in which the Internal Control processes had to be redesigned to cope with the more robust IFRS financial system.

He was a member of the team that initiated IFRS adoption for Penman Pension Limited Abuja. The entire Financial Reporting and Internal Control Processes had to be reviewed and additions made to cope with the demanding and detailed IFRS reporting system.

He was the Head of Finance and Administration, Maaku Nigeria Limited Abuja in 2013 to 2014 where he took on the responsibility of setting up the Accounting and Internal Control System from the basic level and integrated it with the Procurement function of the company which happens to be the core department of the organization.

He was also at that time the visiting IFRS Consultant for Bratim Training Nigeria Ltd in Abuja and coordinated all International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) training programmes to corporate clients in Nigeria and abroad.

He was also part of the Phillips Consulting team that developed the Accounting and Internal Control Systems for Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) in 2008 and was involved in designing the business plan of a Mortgage bank for Koltron Group in Abuja the same year.

He is also a Tax Consultant and has worked with ACL Ltd a company based in Abuja in providing training on Tax administration and awareness since 2010.

He has provided Investment appraisal and cash flow budgeting and forecasting techniques to clients and was hired as the Finance Consultant by Mirec Solutions, an IT Company based in Abuja in their bid to provide unique IT systems and solutions to University of Makurdi, Benue State in 2009.

He has also worked on audit projects delivered by Dimeji Olatubosun and Co. Chartered Accountants and has been assisting them since 2009.
He was the Internal Audit and Compliance Office of Sharon Properties Nigeria Ltd. Abuja Nigeria from December 2015 to June 2017 where he has redesigned all the workflow processes of the company and developed another Internal Control Manual for the organization.

He took up the position of Head of Finance and Accounts of Easypay International Services Ltd, the Cash Management company of Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Plc.from April 2018-December 2019.
He is currently running Business Development and Financial Advisory services for Hachi Consulting Ltd. where he provides Business Planning, Business Modeling and Internal Audit consultancy for SMEs in Abuja.

He is also currently the Lead Facilitator of Powerpoint Consulting Firm Abuja, a reputable Management Consulting Company. Some of the areas covered by the firm include:
